SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR YOUR DEWALT® SAFETY LIGHT

Methods to Submit a Claim

  1. Online Webform (Recommended): Submit a ticket directly through our Support Webform.

  2. Phone Support: Contact Customer Service at 1-800-4-DEWALT (1-800-433-9258).

  3. Visit a Service Center: Bring your tool to one of our 20 factory-owned locations or over 600 authorized independent repair shops. You can find your nearest location at www.dewalt.com/service-center.

What You Will Need

  1. Proof of Purchase: A receipt showing when and where the product was purchased is required to validate coverage.

  2. Authorized Seller Verification: Warranty claims are only valid for products purchased from DEWALT or an authorized seller. Claims for products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers may be rejected.
