Three Year Limited Warranty
ISM Lighting will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse or accessory items. If there is a defect and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the defective product can be repaired, replaced or refunded, without charge, in the following ways: (1) Return the product to the manufacturer for repair, replacement or refund at manufacturer’s option. Proof of purchase may be required by manufacturer. (2) Return the product to the retailer where product was purchased for an exchange (provided that the store is a participating retailer). Returns to retailer should be made within the time period of the retailer’s return policy for exchanges only (usually 30 to 90 days after the sale). Proof of purchase may be required. Please check with the retailer for their specific return policy regarding returns that are beyond the time set for exchanges. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces.

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your ISM Lighting tripod light, for any reason, you can return it within 90 days from the date of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.
